We aim to make your shopping experience a pleasant one and take enormous pride in our customer service and the quality of our products. Please expect your order within 3 to 7 working days when the item is in stock, we will notify you if it is out of stock and with the expected delivery date. We use a number of delivery companies to ensure your items are delivered promptly and securely, yet there may be times when, despite our best efforts, the parcel may be delayed in the delivery process. At all times we will endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of your order. Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However, due to demand sometimes an item is out of stock before we have had a chance to re-order so occasionally there may be delays. If so, we will contact you and give you our best estimate of delivery times and endeavour to keep you informed at all times.
Prices
Prices are in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We can deliver anywhere across the globe, however please contact us for a quote for the delivery charges to your specific country.
Guarantee
All our carefully selected products include the manufacturers guarantee. If any product does not meet your expectations, please notify us within seven days, unused and in re-saleable condition and we will refund your purchase or exchange the goods. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
What information do we collect?
The information requested from you at the checkout is considered the minimum required to process your order efficiently.
How much do we charge for delivery?
Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £50. If your order is between £5.01 and £50.00, our delivery service costs £2.75 per order, if your order is £5.00 or below, the delivery cost is £2.95. We will charge you for the delivery only once for each order, if we need to send the order in more than one consignment the delivery charge will remain the same. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern / Southern Ireland and Channel Islands there is a delivery charge of £19.95 for orders of any value.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order when items are in stock. Once an order is dispatched, the order is normally delivered the following day, although you should allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Due to our large inventory of products it is not always possible to have everything in stock and some of these products will be mailed directly to you from our manufacturers and distributors. We will endeavour to notify you of any possible delays that may occur. Upon receipt of your order you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.

How do I know that my credit card details will be secure?
Our online transactions are 100% secure. The checkout process is performed on our secure server, which will encrypt all your data making it impossible for any data transmitted from your computer, to be intercepted by others. Credit card transactions are performed by Sage Pay, who is a secure e-commerce provider. Sage Pay will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not. No credit card details are kept on the Deluxe Product website.
