The Chantry Modern reproduces the action of a butcher's steel and automatically ensures the correct edge angle is applied equally to both side of the blade.
The steels revolve under tension and do not wear away the blade.
The sharpener is suitable for knives with plain or serrated edges.
No batteries are required and the steels are easily replaceable.
