Salt & Pepper SetStelton Salt & Pepper Set

The Cylinda-Line was originally launched in 1967 and immediately attracted considerable attention for it's serene and functionalist design and was awarded the International Design Award in 1968. It has also received the highest sign of recognition when it was included in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the Danish Museum of Decorative Art in Copenhagen.
Best known as the architect of Denmark's post-war reconstruction and for classic chairs such as the Swan and Egg, Arne Jacobsen (1902-1971) was equally accomplished as a product designer. The Cylinda Line he designed in the 1960s is now regarded as one of the finest examples of rationalist product design.
